Can I claim tax deductions for donations made to Tin Yau Galaxy Foundation Limited?
A：可以。天佑銀河慈善基金有限公司會為根據《稅務條例》第88條註冊的慈善機構（申請中／已獲批），合資格的捐款可於香港報稅時申請扣稅（最少捐款額為港幣100元）。
Yes. Tin Yau Galaxy Foundation Limited is a charitable organization registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (pending approval / approved). Eligible donations of HK$100 or above are tax-deductible in Hong Kong.
Q：我需要捐款收據嗎？要怎樣申請？
Do I need a donation receipt? How can I get one?
A：是的，如您希望申請扣稅，我們會提供正式捐款收據。您可在捐款時提供姓名與電郵或通訊地址，我們將在收到款項後14天內發出電子或紙本收據。
Yes. If you wish to claim tax deductions, we will issue an official donation receipt. Please provide your full name and email or mailing address when donating. A receipt will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of donation.
Q：可以申請補發收據嗎？
Can I request a duplicate receipt if I lost mine?
A：可以。如您遺失收據，可電郵聯絡我們，提供捐款日期及金額以便查核。我們將於核對無誤後補發電子副本。
Yes. If your original receipt is lost, please contact us with the donation date and amount. Once verified, we will resend a digital copy.
Q：可以用什麼方式捐款？
What donation methods are accepted?
A：目前接受以支票（抬頭：天佑銀河慈善基金會有限公司）捐款。
We currently accept Cheque (payable to: Tin Yau Galaxy Foundation Limited) donation.
Q：你們會將我的個人資料用作其他用途嗎？
Will my personal data be used for other purposes?
A：不會。我們遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》，所有捐款人資料僅用於發出收據及聯絡用途，絕不會在未經同意下提供給第三方。如欲了解詳情，請參閱我們的 隱私政策。
No. We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Your personal data is used solely for receipt issuance and communication purposes. We will never share your information without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Q：收據上會顯示什麼資訊？
What information will appear on the donation receipt?
A：收據上會載明捐款人姓名、捐款金額、日期及收據編號（符合稅局要求）。如以公司名義捐款，亦會標明公司抬頭。
Donation receipts will include your name, donation amount, date, and a receipt number (in compliance with IRD standards). If the donation is made under a company, the company name will be printed as well.
Q：非香港居民可以捐款嗎？
Can non-Hong Kong residents make donations?
A：可以。我們接受海外人士的捐款，惟目前僅提供香港本地稅務扣減收據。海外捐款者仍會收到正式捐款收據作紀錄用途。
Yes. We welcome donations from outside Hong Kong. However, tax-deductible receipts are currently only valid for use in Hong Kong. Donors overseas will still receive an official receipt for record purposes.
Q：企業或團體可以捐助嗎？會提供公司收據嗎？
Can companies or organizations donate? Will you issue corporate receipts?
A：可以。我們歡迎企業或團體支持公益。如需公司名義的收據，請於捐款時提供公司全名及聯絡方式，並註明「抬頭為公司名」。
Yes. We welcome support from businesses or organizations. If a receipt is needed under a company name, please provide full company details and indicate so when donating.
